It’s not the amount of hours being forced to seat behind a desk what makes companies sucessful, it’s the engagement we put in the productive hours that makes the diference and as an experiment in Iceland demonstrated the 40+ hour, five-day workweek is not the most productive or effective model, with some reporting double-digit gains in employee engagement and productivity when shifting to shorter workweeks, also some organizations have implemented four-day workweeks, with employees reporting increased happiness, relaxation, and engagement.
