red aviakit studded jacket From Junya Watanabe Comme des Garçons is a unique collaborative collection designed by the likes of Junya with Lewis Leathers. The series exploring post punk mediums and biker themes with details like hammered studs, zipper extensions, and distress features. In combined forces, many of the jackets and leather pieces released are some of the most reputable items of Junyas quality wise to date.
This particular jacket has a wear to fade technique, making the 100% cotton material painted in a cherry red coat appear more as leather with time(as a Lewis jacket should look).

SS02’ “Free Rider”
Cross tee A standout series of Junya’s, deriving from spring summer is one of a select batch of pieces paying homage to Americana culture, specifically Motorcycle themes and other gear head motifs. Known for tops such as the ‘Triumph’ reference and the patchwork jeans from this collection, this Free Rider tee which was also done in a knit, is seen even less. This one being the t shirt version, features the crossed arm and blade cross on the back.

striped Denim jacket
From early Y-3, is a very limited womens line 3 stripe denim jacket. The 3 stripe denim from this collection was done harmoniously with the rest of the release, no one figuring it would end up being a defining look of the label. The bottoms and tops from this series became the perfect combo of sportswear and avant-garde formal. You rarely get to see the jackets, so it was refreshing to find this one.

patchwork pants From 2006, is one of Junyas’ most recognized collections. Drawing inspiration from the film ‘Taxi driver’, the runway featured many obvious but also subtle referenced looks while debuting in Paris. A true mix of Reconstructed bottoms and jackets like this one here, with occasional loose knitwear and other military refs., similar to the womens runway. These come in a sample size as seen on runway, and feature over 7 different pockets with details like adjustment straps and zippers. Practically brand new condition

from 99-03’ is a Helmut Lang sweatshirt, button up, and denim. The hoodie is a lighter version than the classic front pocket style more commonly seen, its overdyed and comes in a rare xxl sizing. The button up is also a less commonly seen version with the extended cuffs & cufflink swap out option.

reconstructed button up
By Comme des Garçons Homme, is a 2002’ hybrid artisanal shirt from the grey label, operated and directed by Keiichi Tanaka at the time. One of the best Comme pieces to have owned, it features a reconstructed split across the mid chest with many of the seams being left raw edge. The best part about this shirt is the natural oxidizing on the blue cotton split, which was purposefully intended by the brand. Being 100% cotton throughout with a brushed purple, and a specially made cotton expected to fade and age through natural elements like sunlight and wear, leaving this speckled purple blue. Chest pocket, and mother pearl buttons, with reverse placket going half way down.

SS19’ cherries silver chunky chain From Rafs main label is a 2019 release chunky belt chain with a dangling cherry motif. The black cherries with blue stem was a popular attachment, Raf didn’t do many belt chains so this was a hit at the time. Chain is decently weighted, clasps hold branding. Barely worn, original box , all obtained at sample sale time of release

Sample netted layered M-65
jacket From Mihara Yasuhiro, is a sample coat by his limited run of netted pieces in the 2005-06 collection. Featured also in the slide is the netted pant from that series which just sold, but both have the layered mesh detailing following through out different parts of the garments including but not limited to the pockets, lapels, and plackets. Easily some of his most attentive to detail work and especially unique. The jacket is his take on the classic m-65 military jacket with certain add ons like all of the darting and other hidden features, unfortunately it never saw production leaving it a sample.

blistered leather boots From the creative mind of Maison Mihara Yasuhiro, is an original pair of all black treated leather boots by the Japanese designer. Featuring a blistered leather outer with what seems to be a slight resin finish for protection, they are definitely an all time favorite shoe arriving from a craftsman who’s made a name for himself in footwear specifically. Comes with cobbled wooden/vibram sole, in good condition, the shoe itself is generally worn but they are in standout shape with many years left.

coveted item from the ‘Guru Guru’ collection, Jun did many pulled wool, leather, and poly blend pieces for this series with this jacket being one of them.
