We can’t believe it’s been almost a year since we first opened our doors as Assembly Pop-Up. 🎉 We want to take a moment to express our gratitude to all of our amazing supporters who have been with us from the start. Your love for our food and experience means the world to us! ❤️
We also want to give a special shoutout to @tessatkins and @bearsblooms for providing us with a beautiful space to develop our craft. Your generosity has truly made a difference in our journey.
As we move on to the next chapter of Assembly Pop-Up, we can’t wait to share our new adventure with all of you! As part of our experience we take pride in keeping the menu and location a secret to our guests. And while we intend to keep that tradition alive we’ve decided to share our past dishes with everyone over the next few weeks to get you excited for what’s to come and to give the public a glimmer into what we do!
We also cannot thank everyone who has helped us behind the scenes enough! Our photographers @madebycaid & @_oliversage , our bar and FOH killers @samcduke & @alcharters who’ve supported us since day one, and @bgnnrz.lvck & @asiadawnn for coming to the rescue and helping us pull off our last event! ❤️
For those interested in collaborating or hiring us for a private event, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always looking for new opportunities to share our passion for food with others! 🍴
Thank you again for all of your support. Here’s to another year of delicious food and unforgettable memories! 🥂
Meet Kade.
Kade is a growing and inspired chef with a love for food, dining, and bringing people together. Born in Calgary with his roots now in Vancouver, Kade’s passion for cooking came from countless hours in the kitchen with family, friends and his community dinners in Van. Working as a biomedical engineer Kade combines his attention to detail with artistic plating and creativity to elevate the Assembly experience.
Meet Jake.
From experimenting new dishes on his family against their will, to hosting needlessly extravagant dinner parties - Jake cut his culinary teeth as a home cook in Ontario. What started as a hobby has grown into a full-fledged passion for fine-dining and culinary excellence. Assembly provides a perfect environment for experimentation and creation with co-founders Kade and Lachlan; all while still being able to host a great dinner party!
Meet Lachlan.
Lachlan has been wanting to start something like Assembly for many years. He works as a software engineer by day, and expresses his creativity in elaborate home cooked meals and cocktail creations by evening. With Kade and Jake, Lachlan founded Assembly as a way for us all to bring our culinary ideas and event curation to a wider audience.
