Are you attending the 2027 ASRM annual meeting and interested in becoming more involved with the YMG? The YMG Committee is holding an open call for speakers for the YMG panel at the 2027 ASRM Annual Meeting.
 Eligibility Criteria:  - ASRM and YMG members in the first 8 years of practice.  - Attending the 2027 ASRM Annual Meeting January 29th - February 2nd in Adventura, Florida.
 Submission Criteria: Submit a 1-page document or 1 to 3-slide powerpoint summarizing your proposed topic/talk for the ASRM YMG Panel: “Stumbling Up the Ladder: Mistakes and Milestones”. Please feel free to interpret the prompt as best fits your experience and ideas, along the lines of advice for those in their first few years of practice. The topic can be clinically focused or more geared towards career & lifestyle.
 Selection Process: The YMG Committee will review all submissions and select individual speakers/talks for the panel.

The American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, in partnership with Medical Micro Instruments, Inc. (MMI @mmimicro_inc ), is proud to introduce the ASRM–MMI Visiting Scholar Program—an exciting opportunity for early-career microsurgeons with a focus on innovation and robotic technology. This prestigious program offers selected scholars the opportunity to travel to leading academic medical centers across the U.S. and Canada, present their work, and engage in collaborative discussions with experts in the field. Scholars will also participate in an immersive robotic microsurgery training experience at an MMI facility and present their insights at the ASRM Annual Meeting. Eligible applicants include ASRM members within 10 years of completing clinical training who demonstrate a strong interest in technological innovation and/or robotic microsurgery. She is the APD for USC’s plastic surgery residency, and she has contributed to the mission of ASRM in a variety of capacities throughout the years, most notably as a Best Case Best Save judge. She has worked diligently to drive national efforts in education, mentorship, and innovation within microsurgery.
