Now available from our sales collection, this G50 3.2 Cabriolet is one of those rare remaining examples that we rarely come across these days. In a market where most cars have had a zillion owners and lives, this example sets itself apart with exceptional originality and preservation, while only having ever known one Porsche Center, where it was sold new in May 1988 and always serviced and looked after ever since.
With a mere 103k kms on the odometer, it has lived a remarkably comfortable life as everything still feels fresh and tight, obviously also due to an impressive history pouch, detailing every service and intervention ever done to the car.
To us, there is nothing better than a perfectly original and over-serviced car. With the term « patina » being abused by many of our fellow dealer colleagues to sell very average cars that often need a lot of work to be called decent by our standards, this example is proof that originality and real patina are earned by attention to detail and real dedication over time. Not to mention, a proper and regular servicing schedule throughout the car’s life. These are the cars we hunt for day and night, which is why this one won’t leave to any new home.
