📣 An important moment for A-Space Dear community, friends, and lovers of art, After more than five years of planning and anticipation, the time has come for a transformation. A-Space will be temporarily closing for one year as we embark on a comprehensive renovation — one that we’ve long dreamed of, and that will reimagine what our gallery can offer. But this is not a goodbye — only a new beginning. As part of this evolution, we are excited to share that A-Space will relocate (temporarily and in a new format) to Graça. It’s a location full of energy, possibility, and deeply inspiring for the artists we represent — and for those to come. We believe it will amplify our capacity to present bold exhibitions and host dynamic encounters. Over the coming weeks we will share details: how we will work behind the scenes, how artists and collaborators can stay involved, and when you can expect to see us again — more vibrant than ever. 📍Seventy canvases create a fortress against an insecure and transient world. Martinho Costa redefines traditional notions of painting by transforming a multitude of canvases into a sculptural architectural form.
