Most people don't realise that your voice is an instrument, and there's more to your voice than speaking in one way. You can adjust your speed, your volume, your pitch, your pauses; and great communicators vary these when they speak all the time which is what makes them engaging to listen to.
So go play your voice like an instrument, don't just use it like a tool.

Be as big as the room.
