What sets yoga apart from other movement modalities is the focus on the breath. We begin every kids yoga class with a breathing practice. These are tools our kids can always come back to in their daily lives to bring them back to a state of calm, peaceful awareness.

WE LOVE A POP-UP ALERT đTONIGHT weâre humbled to collaborate with Carnival Queen Contestant Miss Safia Wharton and her team, alongside Trevonne Homer of Aska Homer Wellness for her âBalancing Your Crownâ, a FREE yoga wellness session inspired by Safiyaâs platform of wellness and mental health.
Join us at Cutlass and Cane Lawn, Yacht Haven Grande. Arrive at 5:30 PM, yoga begins at 6 PM. Mats will be provided, or can bring your own! Moms donât worry, weâll keep the littles occupied đ Open to young women of all ages! Donations are encouraged to support Safiya on her journey

Teaching kids to regulate their emotions starts with us regulating ours. I keep showing up because our kids deserve regulated adults who wonât give up on themđŤśđž. We donât show up because itâs easy, we show up because itâs necessary.
