After the incredible success of our Louis Vuitton Beauty launch, and having had the privilege over the past ten months to develop the full retail learning strategy, assets, and content while accompanying our teams across the globe through this exciting journey I’m thrilled to share a major new chapter in my career.
Starting this November, I will be stepping up to oversee Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-Wear and Shoes, in addition to my current scope covering Beauty and Perfume.
This marks a significant milestone in my professional journey, and I feel deeply grateful to Louis Vuitton for this opportunity, and to Céline BERNARDIN - SOLNY my VP, who recognized and trusted my potential from the very beginning. I know the road ahead won’t be easy but challenges are what drive me,and through them, I’ve learned to evolve, adapt, and master my craft.
I’m genuinely excited to redefine my limits and continue developing my teams and to bring all my passion, knowledge, and creative vision into this new adventure.

Yesterday marked the beginning of an adventure I never imagined I’d be a part of. For those who know me, you’ll understand the long and challenging road that led me here. It’s incredible to realize the power of the choices we make in life , the decisions, the plans, the dreams, the hard work , they all shape where we go. Every day, I’m learning that we hold the keys to our lives and our future, and that nothing is impossible.
The past two months have been tough, as I’ve adjusted to a major change. But yesterday, I truly felt the power of embracing change and staying open to new opportunities.
Today, I’m officially in charge of Global Retail Learning for Louis Vuitton Beauty and Perfume @louisvuitton ., working alongside some of the most talented and experienced people in fashion and beauty industries. Together, we’re crafting history for the world’s number one fashion house. I’m beyond proud and incredibly grateful for this opportunity.
On a very down-to-earth note, I want to remind you all: You have the power to control your life, don’t let life control you. I still have a lot of personal growth ahead, but my faith is strong, and I’m staying positive.

Beirut... in an Autumn that came too early, I see you, broken into pieces... windows, doors, hearts and hopes... I feel you, sad, empty and drained, dull in your gray shades... I hear you, begging for another summer with no August 4, entreating peace and asking for justice.

Lately we've been struggling from one crisis to another. We have experienced dramatic changes to how we conduct our daily lives... Violent crimes, tragic accidents, global pandemic, economic collapse and political unfairness.
While it is often difficult to imagine anything good coming out of those traumatic experiences, building resilience can help us find the positive in the difficulties we face.
Surviving hardships can teach us important things about ourselves and the world around us, deepen our empathy and strengthen our resolve.
Simply they will make us grow as human beings.
