Thanks to everyone who came to @clay_north.east & bought pots, it’s truly appreciated 💕 I only managed to pick up a bottle from @planetpeachstudio & pendent from @worchol which I love.
I was next to a load of pals & familiar faces which made my weekend. I never thought I’d meet such a bunch of counter culture, dry humoured and talented pals through my pottery journey. I feel richer for it.

@clay_north.east this weekend, I am leaving later today to head up and I’m so excited to see all the lovely people there this year. So many great potters I hope I get time to go around to see some work.
Then it will be back to my day job and then off again to @mudfest_ the weekend of 16/17 in May so I’m prepping a small top up batch at home before I pop off. I use a communal kiln at my studio so I have to plan in advance my firings hence the small batch approach.

I’ve just landed back home so the next two weeks will be finishing off some last bits… hope to see you there 🌝
Painting with underglazes is a bit of luck 😬 they dry quickly, don’t love to blend and can vastly change colour once fired. Wild times. Fair bit to go on this platter but always good to stop midway to see how far it changes from now until the final fired piece.

First kiln loads of 2026 should be out shortly and I’m looking forward to seeing how things have worked out. Lately spent lots of time with good people to keep afloat in the current hellscape of society 🫠
