He gave me a photoshoot as a present for my birthday last year because we haven't got any decent pictures of us as a couple so I didn't think anything of it. As @hilde_l guided me along and instructed me that I needed to turn my back to David with my face in the wind, I didn't hesitate one second and was totally oblivious as what was about to happen. Then he called my name and I turned around to him sitting on his knees. Thank you for capturing this beautiful moment @hilde_l ❤️ and thank you to the love of my life for showing up every day as my soulmate and best friend. What an atmosphere! Loved shooting the All That Jazz 2026 battle in the beautiful Stadsschouwburg of Leuven. Seeing dancers giving their all on the amazing live Jazz music of @hypercontent_music was a big big vibe!
21 weeks. Some days enjoying this crazy ride and some days barely hanging on tbh. It’s not all rainbows. Got a new level of respect for mothers since there is a new life growing inside of me. Women really are badass! 🙃

Fun fact : before I took this shot, the busdriver stopped and opened his frontdoor to me and said : “This is a nice place to take wedding photo’s, my wife and I took ours here 20 years ago as well.” I absolutely love these spontaneous encounters while shooting!
I shot the wedding of my best friend’s mom this year and it was a special one. I got to know her when I was still a young girl and it made me emotional to see her this happy and that I got to shoot her wedding. I absolutely loved shooting you two beautiful lovebirds!
