saw a post like we gotta use instagram like we used to and share random things and stop being so slick about it so here’s recent pictures of things i thought were odd or amusing and worth saving as an image
that being said i miiiight use some for some writing cause come on, they work so well as phrases:

it’s already been more than a week since noremi’s show and it doesn’t feel real??
from the perfect coziness of the space itself (@cutelab_nyc i will be back!!!) to meeting @llvx.o and soaking in their music to the absolute experience that was @noremi.wav album live with projections (accompanied by my tears) it was such a lovely lovely evening that i will be revisiting often 💙

flowers in a bag, scrumptious kimbap, lots of walking, a free baguette, crying from a musical, friendship!!, lots of reading on the train, meeting some fascinating people, missing seoul, more walking, store cats, a note in my phone that says “an angry chihuahua named jeff,” and slowly but surely, getting to know the city

have been taking a while to play with my substack a while but! finally did a doodle for the little logo while watching “love is blind” which.. how ??? I’m entertained but also amazed shocked confused by it.
anyhow this is from the little pickle shop in yeonhui-dong by saruga that I only discovered moments before moving. felt like a piece of home but a bit too late. alas.
anyhow here is to hoping by having a little refresh I push onto more writing! 🫧 ps blog link is in the bio, I haven’t posted in a bit but will make an appearance soon 🫡
25.10.02목 [tmrw day]
Sometimes I leave reminders in my calendar app I forget about, even when they become irrelevant, and today is such day.
During the thick of the pandemic, the sky felt open and so I connected with ACN friends online and wrote and talked music with fellow Asian creative folks. One exciting first project was the release of the song “tmrw” alongside two friends I still chat with today.
Fast forward and we all have different stories to tell years later. Still, this calendar reminder feels like proof of my hope but also the fact that I did it 🐳
Am slowly fiddling with music again thanks to the local library and piecing together writing for my blog that has been a bit too quiet. It does feel like a constant battle of me vs myself in putting things out there but! I trust that it’ll be rewarding once I push through.
On another note, I’m now back in America and am writing my way through that change as well. It’s all a lot !! But I am trusting that with work and the power of friendship, it’ll all be okay 💙

summer so far is lots of heat, complaining about it, but also finding little delights along the way like cold drinks, jazz, and used bookstores (also I did write a post early July but felt annoyed to promote it whoops so here’s a snippet of that too! shout out to Owen Wilson for inspiring the post)

![25.10.02목 [tmrw day]Sometimes I leave reminders in my calendar app I forget about, even when they become irrelevant, and today is such day.During the thick of the pandemic, the sky felt open and so I connected with ACN friends online and wrote and talked music with fellow Asian creative folks. One exciting first project was the release of the song “tmrw” alongside two friends I still chat with today.Fast forward and we all have different stories to tell years later. Still, this calendar reminder feels like proof of my hope but also the fact that I did it Am slowly fiddling with music again thanks to the local library and piecing together writing for my blog that has been a bit too quiet. It does feel like a constant battle of me vs myself in putting things out there but! I trust that it’ll be rewarding once I push through.On another note, I’m now back in America and am writing my way through that change as well. It’s all a lot !!
