Day 9 in Japan - Our 34th Anniversary. How he has put up with me so long I do not know, but I’m grateful. ♥️♥️
Day 2 of our Trip to Nagoya- @emanao_ghibli_park
Ghibli park was beautiful but we were not allowed to take photos in about 80% of the park and that was 95% of the interiors were no photos.
Most of the park was easily accessible, but the Totoro experience was about a 3-4 mile hike of switchbacks with elevation and once you finally made it up there the Totoro sculpture was in pretty back disrepair. (I decided to go back to the Ghibli store and take a photo with their Totoro) Mei and Satsuki’s house was cool but again no photos allowed inside so the reward was not worth the journey.
Even with all the limitations this was probably my 2nd favorite day. Just really sad I couldn’t take photos as Kiki in her mother’s greenhouse or Kiki’s apartment.
The grand warehouse was where the 5% of interior photos were allowed, but there were still a lot of spots there with No Photos signs as well.

We took a Bullet Train to Nagoya then spent the day at @nagoya_castle_japan
This was probably my favorite day of the trip.
