The other day someone said to me... Ash, I didn’t know you planned weddings. So I think it’s time to circle back and let you know a little about Ash & I Design Co and well... Ash!
1. I plan design focused, intentional events. If you don’t care about these things, I might not be your person! I truly believe you can have your cake and eat it too - and the way to do that is keeping it exclusive.
I don’t only do this because I love pretty things.. I genuinely love to connect with you. I want you to feel like you can truly depend on me with your entire weight, and know I’ll catch you. I love knowing your nanas recipes and the reason you believe in love.
2. I have been in the industry since I was 18 years old, please don’t start doing math. From becoming a Certified Wedding Planner to being DOA, Lead Coordinator, and Assistant Planner for large luxury weddings - I finally found my home after having my kids.
@cuemagiccontent and Ash & I are filling my bucket in ways I could never imagine.
3. My dream client is someone who values connection, trust, and a good colour scheme. They love music and art and travel and sometimes just sitting doing nothing with a solid cup of coffee. They love a good event, but are also not shy to Irish exit to go snuggle at home with a bowl of pho. They value the slow moments and see beauty in every corner of the world.
4. I’m very intentional about what I take on for projects. I would much rather give couples my all - keeping designs fresh, intentional, and personal. Keeping personal balance and my accessibility open throughout the planning process for clients.
5. I am an intuitive, empathetic person. This is also why I love the connection side of my job. I want to be more than just a planner for you. I find it impossible to separate emotions when we are talking about love and such an important day to you.
6. I was born the same day as Marilyn Monroe and married at the same hall as her and Joe DiMaggio. I didn’t find out until I was on a bus tour around San Fran!
