From Tokyo to Aichi, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Kanazawa, Naoshima, Teshima, Hiroshima, Fuji, and Fujinomiya — we traveled over 2,000 km by Shinkansen, local trains, buses, subways & ferry to explore old, modern & site-specific architecture and art, and to taste the real-deal ramen, sushi, mochi, matcha, coffee, and all our favorite meals. 🍜
