The Bahru House - guided by the philosophy that small spaces need not feel compromised but better considered, the layout was approached with a unified palette while having distinct detailing and volume play.
The Bahru House - tucked away in one of Singapore’s storied walk up blocks, this 900sqft apartment is transformed into a voluminous bachelor studio.

Penumbra House - The material palette is deliberately weighted. Terracotta tile — laid herringbone — anchors the floor in warmth; raised timber platforms lift the lounge and bedroom into their own quiet registers, threaded with integrated planters that bring trees indoors.

Penumbra House is a residence built around the negotiation of light. Glass block partitions diffuse the Singapore sun into something softer, sectioning the apartment without enclosing it, while lime-plastered walls absorb and return that light as texture rather than glare.

The Cadence House - The project explores how repetition and subtle variation can shape spatial identity. Instead of relying on bold statements, the design builds a cohesive narrative through calibrated details: a continuous ribbon of timber wraps the home, punctuated by moments of geometric articulation.

The Cadence House - A quiet interplay of material, rhythm, and restraint defines this home—where warmth is not an afterthought, but the central architectural gesture.
At the heart of the home, a customised onigiri dining table anchors the plan. Softly filtered daylight passes through sheer drapery, casting a warm, diffused glow across the timber surfaces.

The Rice House explores a different way of living. No excess rooms, no unnecessary layers. Just a continuous, carved space defined by texture, light, and restraint.
Built for two, but flexible enough to evolve—whether as a private retreat or a space for content and hosting.
The Rice House is a monolithic, landscape-inspired interior designed as a long-term retreat for a couple seeking an alternative to conventional urban living.
