If you ever feel like you have a sense of purpose, like you are exactly where you are meant to be, doing what you are meant to do… it doesn’t mean it was easy. It simply means every sacrifice was worth it.
That is exactly how I feel about teaching Pilates. Like my entire personality — even my body — was made for it. And yet, my 10 years of practice, along with all my training and experiences, were not always easy… not always kind, not always smooth.
It doesn’t mean it feels easy every morning or every night — it simply means it is always worth it.
And I also believe this: purpose can evolve. It can change shape, shift direction, grow with you. You just have to keep listening to yourself along the way.
And today, I can truly say that it is. 🤍
