Hello, Good Evenin'...howyamama'nem, they alright?...you know, I've always used the thought of Queen Mother Araminta to motivate and encourage myself to action, especially great action and especially when I'm tired...I often say to myself, and my kids, she wasn't NOWAYS tired...and since my mind is always poppin off, I make my body follow till I pass out in early evening to wake up in the middle of the night, work summo (emails), then take a nap before I wake the household to embrace our day...repeat...but today, in honor of Harriet Tubman's 200th birthday, the Woman's Foundation of the South has issued a 20 minute rest challenge...so I took my 20min to chill and make this post, something I haven't done in a while...it was very calming and in honor of the incomparable warrior, just maybe I'll sleep thru the night #harriettubman #happybirthdayharriet #araminta #20minuterestchallenge #WOC@rest
