Arvind Advanced Materials Limited, a WOS (100% subsidiary) of Arvind Limited, has acquired a 61% controlling interest in Dalco-GFT Nonwovens, a US-based manufacturer of specialized needle-punched non-woven fabrics.
This move marks our entry into the worldโs largest technical textile market and reinforces our strategy of leveraging integrated supply chains to navigate global trade dynamics.

โ With this deal, Arvind will gain access to a massive TAM in the USA of approximately USD 2.5 Bn across all the current segments of DALCO.
โ The deal is both margin and EPS accretive from day one, backed by Dalco-GFTโs ~$100 Mn top-line, ~17% EBITDA margin, and ~40% ROCE.
โ It expands our footprint by 75+ active customers and secures an 88% sole-source position
โ Aligns needle-punch non-wovens with AAMLโs existing filtration capabilities, significantly reducing technology risk while enabling global cross-sourcing.
