A little throwback to a project I’m still incredibly proud of — creating the cover artwork for the revised edition of Antarctica by award-winning Irish author Claire Keegan @clairekeeganfiction
Claire’s writing has such a quiet intensity and emotional depth, and it was a real privilege to have my printmaking become part of that world. Seeing my lino-cut inspired imagery wrapped around a book by one of contemporary literature’s most celebrated voices was a surreal moment.
Still grateful to everyone involved in bringing it together.

Ive had a few new followers of late! Welcome.
I’m a Sydney-based printmaker working in lino and hand-coloured works on paper.
Everything’s cut and printed by hand, then pushed further—somewhere between traditional printmaking and painting.
Most days it’s ink on hands, paper everywhere, and trying to get one line to land exactly right.
I’ve been doing this a long time—exhibitions, prizes, walls, books and teaching —but it still comes down to showing up and making the next mark.
If you’re into process, texture, and work that sits between control and chaos, nature and figurative you’ll probably like it here.
Got a question let me know, happy to answer

Caledonia Curry, aka Swoon @swoonhq changed the way I saw print.
Caledonia was pasting these intricate, human portraits across New York—fragile, detailed, and unapologetically present. Not just images, but stories placed directly into the world on the street.
This lino cut is my quiet nod to that spirit, I carved this years back, I came across it again and it has sent me on a new path yet again.
Printmaking doesn’t have to stay contained. It can live, breathe, weather and connect—just like hers did on those walls.
Still chasing that kind of honesty in the work.

Out in the open field, Kat holds a twisted, reaching pose — strong, grounded, and calm.
The landscape settles around her: grass beneath, bush and wildflowers behind, shaping the lines of the composition.
