Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful Mom ❤️
There’s a moment I’ll never forget…
I was sitting on the runway getting ready to take off on a flight, just about to put my phone on airplane mode when it started ringing. The flight attendant yelled, “Sir, that phone needs to be in airplane mode!”
I looked down and saw it was my Mom calling.
I told the flight attendant, “Hold on one second… I answer my Mom’s calls no matter what I’m doing in life.”
My Mom answered and said, “Baby, what are you doing? I didn’t need anything.”
I said, “Mom, I’m on this plane and they’re about to throw me off because I had to answer your call.” 😂
At the time it was just a funny moment… but now it means everything to me.
The moral of the story is: cherish every moment you have with your Mother. Answer the calls. Spend the time. Tell her you love her every chance you get. Because when Moms leave this world, they take a huge piece of our hearts with them.
Happy Mother’s Day Mama… we love you and miss you every single day on this side. ❤️🕊️
