🎻 Why do we give to the Campaign for the Arts? Because the arts don’t just entertain us…they connect us, inspire us, educate our children, and help our entire community thrive. In this special message, Rachel Hagemeier shares why supporting the Campaign for the Arts matters — not only for the Canton Symphony Orchestra, but for the future of arts and culture across Stark County. We’re in the final stretch of the campaign, and every gift matters. Join us in keeping the arts strong, vibrant, and accessible for all. 🎶 GIVE TODAY: ArtsinStark.com/give

Some companies support the arts. Others truly live it. 🎨✨ So grateful for our friends at Schauer Group and their continued commitment to making Stark County a more vibrant, creative, and connected community. From supporting the Campaign for the Arts to actively engaging with the arts themselves, their team understands that creativity matters — in business and in life. We spent time with their staff exploring downtown Canton’s public art during a recent walking tour. Thank you, Schauer Group, for all you do to champion the arts. 💙

Before streaming playlists. Before earbuds. Before Spotify. There was the Canton Symphony Orchestra. 🎼 Founded in 1937, the Canton Symphony Orchestra has been part of the soundtrack of Stark County for nearly 90 years. Their very first concert in 1938 drew more than 3,300 people — proof that even then, this community believed the arts mattered. From classical masterworks to pops concerts, youth education, and bold new collaborations, the Symphony continues to evolve while inspiring generations of music lovers right here in our community. The arts don’t thrive by accident. They thrive because people choose to support them. 🎻 Support the Campaign for the Arts today: ArtsinStark.com/Give

DID YOU KNOW? 🎼 The Bluecoats are not only one of Stark County’s most celebrated arts organizations — they are two-time Drum Corps International World Champions. 💙 In 2016, the Bluecoats forever changed the look and feel of drum corps with their groundbreaking production Down Side Up. The show broke tradition by replacing military-style uniforms with theatrical costuming and immersive storytelling — helping redefine what the activity could be. That season earned the corps its first-ever DCI World Championship Gold Medal. Then in 2024, the Bluecoats made history again with Change Is Everything, capturing their second world title and continuing their legacy of innovation, creativity, and excellence. From Stark County to the world stage, the Bluecoats continue to inspire audiences and elevate the arts in our community and beyond. Support organizations like the Bluecoats through the Campaign for the Arts. 👉GIVE TODAY: ArtsinStark.com/Give

Before they took the global stage…they started right here. 🎺 The Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps began in the early 1970s as a youth program through the Canton Police Boys Club—created to give young people an outlet through music, discipline, and a sense of belonging. What started as a small, local parade corps quickly became something more—built on hard work, creativity, and community support. Over the decades, the Bluecoats have grown into one of the most recognized and innovative organizations in the marching arts, performing for audiences across the country and earning national acclaim. But at their core, that original mission remains the same—creating opportunities for young people and inspiring the next generation through the arts. And that work continues right here in Stark County. 💙 Local roots. Lasting impact. Your support helps ensure stories like this continue for the next generation. 👉 GIVE TODAY: ArtsinStark.com/Give
