Hosted by Sara is an award-winning artist trained in fine art with a Masters in art psychotherapy. As a visually impaired, disabled and neurodivergent person herself she is passionate about celebrating individuality, emotional resilience and the importance of being truly seen and understood.
Her sessions are all about finding ways to express yourself through art and creativity and colour using various techniques and materials.

Today we’re having a little get together at the box arts club in Kiln Farm (@artscentralstudios ) to celebrate the current exhibition ‘Heavy Things’ by @campbellmcconnell_ & @hammond.ross as well as @joss59895 exhibition at Shallow Gallery ‘An Extension of the Paranormal’ that took place earlier this year.
We’ll be selling beers from @blackenedsunbc , Costco classics and cakes baked by my mum. Come meet the artists, ask questions and hang out.
