Back in stock in my shop!
Iāve decided to make a second edition of the 2026 Risograph Calendar :-) Since I had so much fun making it and they sold out before a lot of folks were able to get one, I figuredā¦. I can do it again. Thanks for giving me a reason to!
There is a āRushā option if you need it in time for the holidays, otherwise I canāt guarantee this as itās just me doing all the printing, packing and shipping. Iāve also adjusted the international shipping options to be as affordable as possible. I wish it was cheaper but it just⦠isnāt.
Thank you for enjoying this project as much as I do!
Love Mo
The 2026 Risograph calendars are now available for purchase through my website and will ship starting next week.
I wanted to make something to fit in odd spaces, is more of a monthly ritual rather than a functional object, and could serve as cards or artwork after the months expire.
The stencils were made using graphite and watercolor in shades of grey, scanned, layered and printed at different opacities, and brought to life with riso ink colors Teal, Scarlet, Light Mauve, Cornflower, Bright Olive, Copper, Burgundy and black.
6āx12ā in and edition of 60
Thank you, now Iām going to ikea to have some fun for a sec. Love Mo
Readying my studio for a reprint of 2026 Calendars
.
Excited to change up a couple of the designs, especially because I acquired the color ābisqueā since my last run
.
New edition is 100 copies and is available now in my store š¢šø
Some materials recently gathered from @artsandscraps , a very easy place to find inspiration.
I use to go for all the old papers but now I find myself sifting through fabric swatches and embroidery floss. Iāve been into making fabric collages out of recycled textiles. Perhaps Iāll share them soon :)
Getting closer to having new card offerings but still rolling out some details before I go into full production. Narrowing down from like 30 designs and most likely I will just make entirely new ones again before Iām ready!
My logical brain is telling me handmaking cards isnāt a smart avenue- itās like a print, but then afterwards you also have to buy envelopes and cut it a million times? And the assumed value for something like this is like $7? It screams at me make it make sense lol
But sometimes you must ignore that part of your brain. I make it because itās fun, I like small accessible art, I like gift giving and note giving and respect that commonality in human nature. And my cards will have to be a little more than $7 probably
Anyways just a little WIP update turned small rant. Good morning :)
Final studio clean out and a big yard sale this upcoming Wednesday, 2/18! Iām traveling for the month of March and committed to coming home to a clean slate with lots of empty drawers, therefore everything priced extremely friendly!!! If youāve been interested in something please consider purchasing now to contribute to my $650 January heat bill :,)
Expect practice projects I couldnāt bring into full production, prints made for size experimentation, practice window mats, overstocked planners, the remaining pieces from my āHouse Holdsā show, and older Risograph card designs.
Live at 12pm EST
February 2026 ā¹ from the risograph calendar. I made this one using scarlet and burgundy inks
Plus some groupings of prints featuring this months design
All available in my shop :)
& window mats for past calendar months coming soon. Literally huge mat board shipment is arriving today. Not kidding
Workshopping a new batch of Risograph patterns to be used forā¦ā¦ not exactly sure yet but ran out of table space and splayed them out on the floor and the bed.
Stencils all made by hand with ink, graphite and water. And a ruler and tape.
I find the ones I like the most happen accidentally while Iām test printing for another idea. And making accidents happen on purpose is really impossible. But Iām having fun
Letās try to have a nice weekend or something ć ¤źØļø Love Mo
