& our final graduating senior, Brynlee!
âBrynlee passionately lives life full out! Whatever she puts her mind to, she invests her whole heart and soul. Through dance she has learned determination, how to be persistent through challenges and how to develop a âfearless mindâ in high stress situations.
She has trained for over 15 years and taken class in every style. Her favorites are contemporary, hip hop and lyrical. She began competing in kindergarten and loves the convention experience that pushes her to new levels of excellence. Brynlee has been a Senior Artist at ADP for 4 years. Each year she has gained new best friends and dancing with ADP girls are some of the happiest memories of her life.
Throughout high school, Brynlee has also been on the Dance Company at Wasatch HS. She served as the Dance Captain her Junior and Senior years. She loves to choreograph, perform at games and build friendships.
Brynlee will continue her dance training as a member of the UVU Dance Team 2026-27 and is thrilled to work with this incredible group of coaches and girls. She is ecstatic about going to UDA and competing with the best college teams in the country.
She is incredibly grateful for the art of dance, for her teachers and her friends and for everyone that has helped her in her dance career! Love you ADP!!!â
Lyla started dancing when she was 3 years old at a neighborâs home. She began competitive dance when she was 7 and never looked back. She joined ADP in 2019 and has loved her time there. She has learned so much from her directors and is so grateful for their guidance over the years.
Lylaâs love for dance runs deep and has been her priority. She is so dedicated and such a hard worker. She loves all styles of dance but has excelled at tap. Her ability to pick up and remember choreography is incredible. She has been such a joy to watch over the years as her talent has progressed. We are so excited to see what her future holds.
Carissa started dancing at 3 years old, mostly tap and ballet classes. She began preforming in ballet recitals and eventually joined a competitive dance team at age 5. She has been competing ever since.
Her family has moved around a lot but the one place she has always felt most at home was in a dance studio. During her time at ADP she has created countless lifelong memories and extremely supportive friendships she will hold onto forever.
For her, dance is a lot more than just a sport, itâs a way to connect with others and feel/express emotions in a totally different way. There is truly nothing more magical than a late night in the studio where you can just feel the energy of your movement and everyone else in the room. Most of the time dance is what keeps her going.
Carissaâs favorite styles are contemporary and tap but she really enjoys every style if sheâs dancing with the right people.
Through dance, Carissa has found a passion for human movement and rehabilitation. She plans to attend Utah State University in the fall where she will major in Kinesiology. From there, she plans to get her DPT to practice Physical Therapy with an emphasis on athletes.
Our first graduating senior, Sophie! đ¤
Sophie was born to perform! From a young age she loved dancing, singing, and performing on a stage. Growing up she enjoyed musical theater and competitive tumbling and trampoline. In middle school she made the decision to focus on and develop her dance technique.
So at the age of 12 she threw herself into dance. She worked hard. She rarely missed a class. She learned to be uncomfortable and vulnerable.  Dance quickly became her passion as it provided her with a safe space to express herself through movement when she was unable to with words. She blossomed as a dancer and artist. It was her determination and drive, the people who surrounded her, cheered her on and loved her that made it all possible!
Sophie loves all styles of dance but lyrical is her favorite because it gives her the opportunity to tell a story through movement. She fell in love with competition dance and dance conventions. She has loved all the connections she has made with dancers and choreographers over the years. She will continue to cherish these relationships. â¤ď¸
The biggest lesson Sophie has learned from dance is the importance of showing up, not only for your teammates and teachers but for yourself also! Sophie will continue to pursue professional dance opportunities while attending Utah State University in the fall as an Aggie Ambassador.
