Gabriel Schwaab et Bertrand Godefroy sont sculpteurs et dessinateurs installés à Florence, où ils partagent un atelier et enseignent au sein du programme de sculpture de la Florence Academy of Art. 🦋 Begleite uns zu einem Linolschnitt-Workshop mit Gaëlle Garrocq, einer Künstlerin, die von den Landschaften der französischen Pyrenäen inspiriert ist. Durch Illustration und Druckgrafik erschafft sie eine poetische visuelle Sprache, die in der Natur und handwerklichen Prozessen verwurzelt ist. In diesem Workshop entdeckst du die Kunst des Linolschnitts Schritt für Schritt: von der Wahl eines Motivs über das Schnitzen der Druckplatte bis hin zum Drucken deines eigenen Bildes. Begleitet durch den gesamten Prozess lernst du die Werkzeuge und Techniken dieses traditionellen Mediums kennen. Through illustration and printmaking, she creates a poetic visual language rooted in nature and handmade processes. During this workshop, you will discover the art of linocut step by step: from choosing a motif to carving the plate and printing your image. Guided throughout the process, you will explore the tools and techniques of this traditional medium. ✨Our latest open-air Sip&Paint with Artiloft felt like a dream! ✨ We found our own little paradise on the lawn just on the Lake Geneva (Leman) surrounded by blooming flowers. It felt less like a city and more like a botanical garden!🌿 A massive breathtaking bush of peonies became our main inspiration. Everyone captured their own « piece of Montreux » to take home 🌸 A huge thank you to all the talented participants who joined me! Your energy made this Sip & Paint session truly special.
