Follow @artificial to learn something new everyday 🚀 Shutter speed controls how long a camera’s shutter stays open, determining how much light hits the sensor. • Fast speeds (like 1/1000s) freeze motion, ideal for action or wildlife shots. • Slow speeds (1s or longer) create light trails, smooth water, and night effects, but can blur moving subjects. It’s a core setting that defines the mood and style of every photo. #ai #artificial #artificialintelligence #aiagents #chatgpt #openai #grok #business #machine #machines #factory #robot #robots #robotics #nokia #apple

@artificial teaches you something new everyday 🚀 Ever seen a squeegee create a vortex? Instead of just pushing liquid around, this method uses circular motion to pull spills into one central spot for quick removal. It’s a clever use of fluid dynamics that’s especially valuable in warehouses and factories where large spills can cause safety risks. By keeping liquids contained and preventing spread, this technique saves time, reduces contamination, and protects stored goods, turning a simple cleanup tool into an industrial game-changer. #ai #artificial #artificialintelligence #aiagents #chatgpt #openai #grok #business #machine #machines #factory #robot #robots #robotics

Google says it stopped what could be one of the first real examples of an AI-assisted zero-day cyberattack, targeting a popular open-source web admin tool and attempting to bypass two-factor authentication after attackers already had valid login details. This matters because the exploit was not just basic AI-generated malware. Google says the vulnerability involved a deeper software logic flaw inside the authentication system, the type of weakness that traditional cybersecurity tools can struggle to detect. The bigger concern is what this means for the future of AI cybersecurity. Advanced AI models may now help hackers analyse code, find hidden vulnerabilities, and turn them into working exploits much faster than before. But defenders are using AI too. Security teams are now using artificial intelligence to detect threats, find vulnerabilities, and protect systems before attackers can exploit them. #ai #artificialintelligence #google #news #technology

Anthropic just passed OpenAI in workplace AI adoption, according to Ramp’s latest AI Index. In April 2026, 34.4% of businesses using Ramp had adopted Anthropic, compared with 32.3% for OpenAI. That does not mean ChatGPT is finished, and it does not mean Anthropic is bigger than OpenAI overall. But it does show where the AI race is starting to shift: away from hype, and toward the tools companies actually pay for, plug into workflows, and use every day. Claude’s rise, especially across coding, legal, finance, research, and enterprise work, suggests Anthropic is becoming a serious force inside the workplace. The next phase of AI may not be won by the most famous chatbot, but by the company that becomes embedded in daily business operations. #ai #artificialintelligence #claude #openai #news

Apple may be making one of its biggest AI shifts yet. According to reports, Apple is working on a new system for iOS 27 that could let users choose between third-party AI models across Apple devices. That means your iPhone may not rely on just one AI brain. One model could handle writing, another could handle image generation, and another could handle search, research, or assistant-style tasks. This is a major change for Apple, a company known for tightly controlling its ecosystem. Instead of trying to beat OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic at everything, Apple may be positioning the iPhone as the gateway where all of these AI models plug in. The future of AI may not be one assistant. It may be a phone that lets you choose the best AI for the job. #ai #apple #artificialintelligence #technology #artificial

The AI boom is not just happening on screens anymore. Behind every chatbot, image generator and model update is a physical system that needs land, electricity, cooling, backup power and massive industrial buildings. Now, residents living near some AI data centers are reporting headaches, sleep disruption, nausea, dizziness, ear pain and high blood pressure, with concerns growing around constant noise, low-frequency vibration and air pollution from generators and gas turbines. The issue is not the AI itself. It is the infrastructure being built to keep it running 24/7. As AI demand grows, the hidden cost is starting to show up in real neighborhoods. #ai #artificialintelligence #health #news #artificial

Cloudflare just made the AI job debate impossible to ignore. The company reported $639.8M in quarterly revenue, up 34% year over year, then announced more than 1,100 job cuts, equal to around 20% of its workforce. The unsettling part is that this was not framed as a collapse, or even a normal performance-related layoff. Cloudflare said internal AI usage had jumped by more than 600% in three months, with employees running thousands of AI agent sessions every day across teams like engineering, HR, finance, and marketing. That is what makes this story so important. AI is not just being used as a faster workplace tool anymore. It is starting to change how companies are structured, how teams operate, and how many people businesses think they actually need. Strong revenue. Fewer workers. More AI agents. This is what the next phase of AI disruption looks like. #ai #news #artificialintelligence #technology #artificial

Farming is entering a new era. Instead of relying only on massive machinery, smaller agricultural robots are now moving through fields and orchards to monitor crops, collect data, support harvesting, and spot problems before they spread. This matters because the future of farming may not be about bigger machines. It may be about smarter ones. Robots that can track individual plants, reduce waste, lower labour pressure, and help farmers make faster decisions from the ground level. Agriculture is becoming automated, connected, and far more intelligent. The US and China may be preparing for official talks on AI. Not because they trust each other. Because the technology is becoming too powerful to leave unmanaged. AI is no longer just about chatbots or productivity tools. It is now moving into cyber operations, drones, surveillance, military systems, critical infrastructure and national security planning. That changes everything. When the world’s two biggest AI powers are racing ahead, one mistake, one misread signal, or one uncontrolled system could become a global crisis. These talks could mark a major shift: AI may finally be treated less like a tech race and more like a security threat that needs rules before it moves faster than governments can control. #china #ai #news #artificial #artificialintelligence

The U.S. government is now getting early access to unreleased AI models before they reach the public. Google DeepMind, Microsoft and xAI have signed agreements allowing officials to test advanced systems for national security risks, including cyberattacks, critical infrastructure threats, chemical or biological weapons research, military misuse and large-scale misinformation. OpenAI and Anthropic were already involved in similar evaluations, meaning most major frontier AI labs are now being pulled into pre-release government review. AI launches are no longer just product updates. They are becoming national security events. Anthropic is reportedly preparing to spend $200 billion to keep Claude alive in the AI race. But this is not just about buying more servers. It shows what AI has really become: an infrastructure war. The next generation of models will not only be decided by who has the smartest chatbot. It will be decided by who can control the most chips, cloud capacity, data centers and power. Claude is competing against OpenAI, Google, Meta and every other company trying to dominate the future of artificial intelligence. And to survive that race, Anthropic needs one thing above everything else: More compute. Because the companies that control the infrastructure may end up controlling the future of AI. #claude #news #ai #artificialintelligence #artificial
