I am so exited to announce that I will be screening my first music video at 8pm on May 29th at @tiat.place in San Francisco. “UNFOLD” is a 22-minute music video featuring my original compositions, ranging from Spanish guitar to melodic house to techno. For my first release, I wanted to create a truly unique listening experience. With the help of 20 incredibly talented friends including @artifact.av , @maxharlynking , @lashan , and so many others, we have created a video that brings the message and the vibe of the music to life. After the screening, we will have a short discussion of the video, and I will perform a set of brand new music I’ve been working on for the past few months. “Where are you going? I’m going back to myself” (part 1/3) I (@rozihtmusic ) sampled the sound of the muni bus #7, exploring the strange intimacy of strangers in transit. The piece holds two coexisting dynamics: a chaotic communal environment and an individual’s quiet, meditative realization within it. Through its hums, brakes, and fragments of conversation, the bus becomes an ambient space for both collective noise and inward stillness.
