Phew guys, you’ve been asking for this space forever! And here’s our response: 🩷✨Did someone say kink, shadow work, relationship liberation… and art all in ONE residential retreat… …with a doctor-psychologist, a sex therapist and an art therapist!? 👀✨ This isn’t a retreat where you stay small any longer. ✨If you’re experiencing heartbreak and find yourself stagnating 🩷want to shift your patterns in intimate relationships, ☀️want to find new love ✨want to manage your behavioural triggers more easily or you just want to heal in an aligned group! It’s a retreat where you tell the taboo truth, about yourself. And experience a shift in your life. In Goa, we gather in April using Conscious Action to explore the parts of us that don’t fit neatly on Instagram: desire, power, shame, longing, fantasy, attachment, rupture, repair. Through somatic work, relational inquiry, art, ritual, and conscious kink-informed spaces, we turn shadow into insight and intimacy into an art form. Come if you’re curious. Come if you’re brave. Come if you’re tired of “healing” that leaves your body behind. 🌊 Sun-drenched luxury 🖤 Deep psychological & erotic shadow work 🎨 Art as initiation 🔥 Relational labs for the bold-hearted This is not self-improvement. This is self-reclamation. Goa is calling. Are you ready to meet all parts of you? #sex #shadow #holistic somatic retre

Inside every still body is an ocean in motion 🏄🏽‍♀️ The first time I became aware of how much is jumping, rolling, moving and churning inside me was in 2018 during 10 days of vipassana, 10 hours a day of observing bodily sensations. I wasn’t a dancer or creative movement practitioner at all back then. But once I become aware of how much is moving inside me at all times, it became hard to stay still. Not only is it moving but it’s also dying to be let out. So find a way to let those inside movements unfurl into the world. Video by @ev0king 🖤 #Movementmedicine #arttherapyindia #flowarts

🩷Lessons we don’t learn when we’re doing solo self-work or 1:1 healing work…🧘🏽‍♀️🌙 This is why our Conscious Intimacy retreats can feel so creatively activating & transformative. Share this with someone doing deep inner work by themselves 🤍 #innerwork #retreatsindia #psychotherapy #community

If you want to step into the next version of yourself, you need to play pretend! You can name what needs to change or what you want more of in your life, and still nothing really shifts. Which is frustrating, because it feels like understanding it should be enough. But knowing something and your body actually knowing how to be it are different things. Kids know how to tap into this very naturally. They don’t sit and analyse who they want to become, they just play pretend. They try on different ways of being, fully, without needing it to be real. somewhere along the way, adults stop doing that, and we just expect ourselves to mentally arrive there. What if instead, you let yourself play it? Movement is my preferred way of play, but yours could be different. Can you move as if you’re sensual, or creative, or confident, assertive - whatever the quality you’re seeking is, even if it feels fake? Because in doing that, you’re giving your body a direct experience of it. It starts to feel a little more familiar, a little more accessible. It’s not a big transformation, but it’s a small opening. Sometimes that’s enough for something new to come through. ❤️‍🔥🧩 Photos & videos by @ev0king

🩷✨ Talking in therapy helps us make sense of what’s happening and is extremely important but just talking doesn’t help real change happen. After talking, comes action. This is what somatics is about. It’s about taking creative action in whatever you know, and allowing yourself to live in your body, even when it’s messy, unclear and challenges you outside of your comfort zone! Here’s @artforinnerwork fully Certified in the Sacred Resilience Sexual Trauma Healing Method as well as trained as an Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner demonstrating what embodiment along with its happy messes looks like! Life is real. Live it. #somatics #therapy #india #creativemovement dishaduggal

You left the retreat-training different. But the real question is — can you live different? Because a powerful somatic experience doesn’t change your life, it changes your pattern in that moment. But, your consistent choices after it do. Integration is where most people quietly abandon themselves. Not because they didn’t have a breakthrough but because life comes back in… subtle, seductive ways. The same partner who triggers you. The same family dynamic. The same urge to override your body to be liked, to be easy, to be “good.” And suddenly, that wild, honest, embodied version of you starts to feel… inconvenient. So you shrink it. You soften it. You call the retreat “beautiful” — but you don’t let it disrupt anything real. That’s where the work actually begins. Integration is not: – talking about your breakthroughs – intellectualizing your patterns – performing awareness Integration is: – pausing when your chest tightens instead of reacting – saying “no” when your body curls inward, even if your voice shakes – not abandoning yourself just because someone else is uncomfortable It’s subtle. It’s unsexy. And it will ask more of you than the retreat ever did. Here’s what it can look like in real life: You’re on a call with someone you’ve always felt slightly dominated by. Before the retreat, you would over-explain, over-agree, and leave the call feeling small. Now, something different happens. You notice your breath shorten. You don’t ignore it this time. You slow down. You let there be a pause. And instead of rushing to fill the silence or please them, you say: “Hmm… I actually need a moment to think about that.” You feel desire. Not performative. Not for someone else. But real, alive, present in your body. And instead of immediately directing it outward — texting, chasing, seeking — you stay. You breathe into it. You let it belong to you. That, too, is integration. That moment… That’s the retreat living through you. Not in the peak experiences. But in the quiet, inconvenient, honest choices. So don’t rush to the next high. Don’t dilute what you touched. #innerwork #nehabhat #sextherapy #retreats #sacredresiliencecollective

🩷Somatic therapy research sits at an interesting intersection: where neuroscience, trauma studies, and long-standing body-based wisdom meet. Pioneers like Bessel van der Kolk and Gabor Mate have helped bring attention to how trauma is held in the body and how approaches that include movement, sensation, and nervous system regulation can support healing beyond talk therapy. At the same time, the research base is still evolving; some modalities have growing empirical support, while others rely more on clinical observation and practice-based evidence. What’s often missing in mainstream research is acknowledgment of the deeper roots of these practices in Indigenous and non-Western traditions, where the body has always been central to healing. So while the science is catching up, the wisdom itself is not new- it’s being studied, translated, and sometimes simplified within modern frameworks.

Tell your best friend something you’ve never said out loud. Tell your lover what you’ve edited, or held back. Tell just a little bit of a truth that feels too vulnerable to name usually. Say it tenderly. Say it softly. But say it honestly. This is your sign to take an emotional risk with someone you trust. Sometimes we stay silent even when we have people we trust. And the weight of these unspoken things begins to gather. It settles into the body, into the psyche & the shadow. Because the less we reveal, the more we carry alone. And healing isn’t only about understanding yourself in private. It’s about letting yourself be seen in relationship, too. Sometimes we need to take a risk and give a trusted person a chance to hold space for us. And if you don’t have a trusted someone safe yet, let this be a reminder to become that space for yourself, first. ♥️ Join a community choosing the courage to be seen at our next Shadow Work & Intimacy Retreat! We spend so much time in our heads, sometimes we forget the body. Embodiment is how we listen. It’s coming back to your breath, your boundaries, your sensations — the language your body’s been speaking all along. #healing #embodiment #selfconnection #traumarecovery
