It was truly special to have Mrs. Dalmia visit the gallery for The Weight of Light by Thomas Henriot. A respected textile collector who has spent a lifetime with the medium, her presence meant a great deal to us, and it was a pleasure to share these remarkable gold jacquard tapestry works with her.
Time doesn’t erase—it reshapes.
Thomas Henriot traces this shift, first in ink, then in thread, where a fleeting line is held, slowed, and rebuilt as tapestry.
