A former Arrowmont artist-in-residence (2022–2023), Megan is a craftsperson and visual artist originally from Milwaukee, WI. Her work explores natural dye, contemporary textiles, and figurative painting. She has exhibited nationally and received numerous honors, including the Trawick Prize Emerging Artist Award (Bethesda, MD, 2023) and the Janet & Walter Sondheim Finalist Prize (Baltimore, MD, 2022). Megan is currently pursuing an MFA in Fiber from the Craft/Material Studies Department at Virginia Commonwealth University.
