He's 81. He’s worked at our St Helens depot since 1966 and has absolutely no plans to retire. We think he could be Britain's oldest bus driver and he's certainly one of the best. 🚌

AD- We had the most fun family day in Leeds city centre this week for Half Term and super impressed with how easy Arriva have made it for us with their app to pre booked tickets and check out the bus times. Not only was the double decker bus super fun, it was also stress free, convenient and affordable way to spend time in the city centre. No busy car parks and the stress of city centre parking for us!
I pre booked my Adult day rider tickets then used the QR code to scan it on the bus. Under 11’s are currently free on Arriva bus’s too!

AD/ How to spend a rainy day in Leeds with @arrivabusuk ☂️
🚍 Pop from Wakefield to Leeds Bus Station, which for me from Lofthouse took 21 mins & 19 mins on the way back! It was soooo unvelievably quick, I genuinely have spent 40 mins queuing to park in a multi-story in town, so it’s just a no brainer!
🚍 You can do everything on the @arrivabusuk app. Super easy and an Adult Daysaver between Wakefield Bus Station & Leeds Bus Station is £6! Wayyy cheaper than parking.
