TWT was proud to join @virtuahealth to receive NJ Alliance for Action’s Leading Capital Construction Project Award for the Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Expansion project in Camden, NJ.
TWT provided planning, land survey, site engineering, and subsurface utility engineering services in support of Virtua’s new 6 story, 250,000 square foot patient care pavilion. Expected to be completed in 2027, the pavilion will serve as the hospital’s new main entry, and will provide private rooms, advanced surgical facilities, dedicated spaces for specialized care, and areas for reflection and remembrance.

We’re proud to celebrate the grand opening of the MUSC Health Jean and Hugh K. Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavilion in Florence, SC!
Vannoy Construction is honored to have partnered with MUSC Health and Array Architects to bring this state-of-the-art, 100,000 SF behavioral health facility to life—built to support individuals and families across the Pee Dee region and beyond.
The new pavilion offers a full continuum of care, including:
✅ EmPATH (Emergency Psychiatric Assessment, Treatment, and Healing)
✅ Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
✅ Telehealth support
✅ 63-beds among four inpatient psychiatric units
Designed to serve both adults and adolescents, the facility ensures that people of all ages have access to compassionate, comprehensive mental health care—close to home.
This project is a commitment to improving access to essential mental health resources in South Carolina. Vannoy is excited for the facility to open to patients soon.

For the new Critical Care Decision Unit at Cooper University Health Care, the design team had a bold architectural vision—but no off-the-shelf solution existed to bring it to life. So, we created one.
We developed a custom, wet-listed LED panel system featuring gasketed diffusers on hinged doors designed for optimal performance, durability, and serviceability. The result? A stunning illuminated façade that’s as functional as it’s unforgettable.
