Dopo You Don’t Know What Chiptune Is avevo bisogno di spingermi ancora più in là. Così è nato You Don’t Know What A Rework Is, un disco completamente collettivo, in cui venti band italiane hanno riscritto i dieci brani del mio album nel loro stile. Dal drone al death metal, dal punk al flamenco: ogni pezzo è diventato qualcos’altro, un territorio sconosciuto dove la mia musica si è trasformata e moltiplicata. La maggior parte delle registrazioni l’ho fatta io stesso con il mio studio mobile, girando per tutta Italia per incontrare le band nelle loro sale prove. Ho voluto catturare il loro suono lì dove nascono le idee, senza filtri. Tutti i mix e i master li ho poi curati personalmente nel mio studio, l’Otto Engineering Labs. La copertina è di @klem_diglio e il disco esce per @timetokillrecords , un’etichetta che rappresenta perfettamente la mia idea di suono estremo e autentico. You Don’t Know What A Rework Is non è una raccolta di cover, è un atto di sabotaggio creativo. È il mio modo di riscrivere la musica come un gesto collettivo, libero e senza compromessi. -4 LUFS, fatti esplodere lo stereo.

MASTER BOOT RECORD (aka MBR) is a project founded in 2016 by producer Vittorio D’amore mixing together heavy metal and synthesized electronic music. TECH UTILITY BELT & THIGH BAG - CUSTOM MADE 🛞🖤 I made this technical setup for @arottenbit , who works as a sound engineer. Everything is designed to be practical, modular and durable. The belt is made from a recycled bicycle tire, cut and shaped by hand (slide 5). I added hooks with rivets and D-rings, so carabiners can be attached to carry a custom thigh bag (slide 6). The thigh bag is also handmade using inner tube and tire, and it is custom-sized to fit his specific needs (slide 3). It features a double pocket with double zipper, perfect for carrying tape, cables, pens, a lighter and other small tools. This belt system can also hold additional pieces like the leatherman holder I made before (also in tire, slide 7), a camera holder, or any other gear you want to attach. In these photos you can also see another belt I made about a year ago, also from tire, with a bold western-style buckle 🤠 Custom pieces available — DM me for your own setup 💌✨
