If you're at the NEC over the next few days, you'll undoubtedly see a lot of our work we've done for a lot of food and drinks brands taking part in the @foodanddrinkexpo But our latest build for @brickellsicecream is something really special. They wanted a natural vibe to match their brand, as well as being super easy to install. We really hope we've done their yummy ice cream justice! Birch ply flats, shelves, desk, freezer surround and hand painted signage, it looks gorgeous. And underneath, the CNC'd frames make assembly super easy. Line them up, bolt together. That's it. We even made them compatible with the returns and braces. The shelves slot in, insert a peg, done. Freezer surround, attach the wings on split hinges, in position. Signage all on split batons so just throw them up. The lightest and easiest assembly set we've built. Super fun one and definitely something we're keen to keep improving and rolling out. Throwback Thursday! Here's a set we made for Fresh Air Productions @freshairproductionuk back in 2022. The brief from the client was maximum impact with a minimal build impact. The natural softwood with some subtle household lighting can go a really long way to making a set feel inviting. We recently made this bar for @theoldtownhall.trowbridge and... It's lush... Custom oak worktop with space for plumbing and electrics, flip up counter, slatted oak cladding and a decorative front panel made from reclaimed herringbone flooring from The Town Hall. Throwback Thursday to the time we made this giant toaster! For an interactive brand activation, we fabricated this working toaster. The idea was that the public pushed the handle to turn on the toaster to win some prizes. While it was big enough to fit two people inside for operations, we automated as much of it as we could, with a counter weighted handle and automatic lighting. We even included retractable wheels for transportation and a power bank so the whole thing could be used without a hook up #brandactivation #setbuilding #propmaking #design #fabrication #creativeproduction #experience

We recently created a 'Smoothie train' as part of a brand activation pop-up. These little cars had to carry 0.5kg of smoothies from kitchen to front of house for delivery to clients. We were thrilled to get the chance to work for @goodlifeuk again to design and manufacture this huge, fully demountable mobile pop-up pharmacy. Built as a timber framed unit and fitted out as a complete working environment, this structure is one of the more comprehensive buildings we've ever fabricated and we're delighted that it'll be used over and over! #carpentry #design #cnc #BrandActivation #DesignAndBuild #manufacturing #architecture #SetDesign #custommade #EventDesign

We just finished these tables and benches for @bambi_e8 and we're super excited to see them in situ. They're fully stackable, all CNC Birch ply with custom made laminate tops. We've made ones similar before, but we really loved that they asked us for bespoke side tables as well and we're really chuffed with how they came out. #furnituredesign #cnc #design #carpentry #tables #bench #woodwork #furniture
