Chassis Re-Tune
Sometimes it’s just a quick map clean up right ! A little more boost or some added injectors.
Same goes for the chassis work for @armentuned and his Eg Hatch build ... Coming out of a 2 year vacation it was time to clean her up, drop some weight in some ways and add some strength and safety in other ways. @mr_moody_24k wasted no time getting the shell stripped and prepped which saved us so much time 👊🏼
We added the front and rear tie in kit with strut caps .... Making the cage “longer” and adding both strength and safety. Installed our D.I.Y. Steering mount kit that helps with wheel hoop and steering shaft mounting if needed.
Remember this car was a FULL Street car ... door panels full dash headliner oem fenders etc. Kyle was able to talk Armen into the 3pc and changing it up a bit. So we made a skeleton for the wider fenders ad slip install kit for the bumper. When doing the weight plate we used out Oem pattern tow hook plates to allow the height and position of the supplied plate. Now we can mount all the parts on this for easy access when bumper is removed.
Rules have changed since we did Armens cage 8plus years ago ... we updated the chute cable kit and chute plate with the required cable holder. We are not done but this gives Armen and Kyle the head start to get the power plate going and installed. Then we hope to have the car back for the remaining work.

After case failure last time he was out, we went ahead and upgraded @awd.mikey with a @drag_cartel billet bell housing and a new PPG final drive which was damaged. Base RSX Trans came in with a broken 5th gear and couple other issues. We replaced the 5th gear and all the bearings throughout the transmission. Fixed the slider’s and also the shift arm. Also added a MFactory LSD and put in a shorter 4.7 final drive vs the OEM 4.3. #armentuned #armenbuilt #kseries #mfactory #synchrotech

Another AWD K Series PPG Gear Set all done. The build features a Wavetrac LSD, Speed Factory shift springs, all new bearings and seals from Synchrotech, and PPG 1-4 Dog Gear set, transfer gear, final drive, and shift arm. We want to express our appreciation to Armen for who he is and always being willing to lend a hand. Not just to be the “tuner” logging in and sending us on our way, but so much more. Armen always goes over and beyond to make sure everything he does is done right and completed.
It is hard to find people that want you to succeed as much as you do ... we can say without a doubt Armen wants his customers to do well. So much that he shares all of his knowledge holding nothing back even putting his very competitive race program on hold to give all of his customers and friends track support.
