10/22 UPDATE: POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED - MACHINES ARE RUNNING!
I personally wanted to thank all for your patience as we battled through the last week. The fact we’re operational still blows my mind. It’s 10PM AZ Time and we’re going to be running 24x7 until we’re caught up! We should be back to 72hr lead times by Monday 10/27. I have a significant amount of customer e-mails which I’ll be working through over the next 24hrs. Again, I appreciate your business and your patience.. Jason
UPDATE >>> 10/15 UPDATE: While we remain closer we’ve been working tirelessly over the last 48hrs to get back up and operational. We’re fully moved out the impacted shops and relocated our warehouse/order fulfillment area into a new space, that was planned for future expansion. Unfortunately, this expansic location is in the same complex and although unaffected, the power and water remains off until city inspectors give the green light. We’re sourced backup generators and will be powerin! on the new order fulfillment location to ensure our equipment is operational tomorrow 10/16. We’ll also be able to start engaging with customers and working through customer service requests tomorrow as well. Optimistic power on timeline from the City that is Friday afternoon 10/17. Once the power is one, our high volume mfg. equipmen and warehouse/order fulfillment will be back to fully operational. Thank you all for your patience as we work to get bac up to production - ASAP

Thankfully everyone is OK.
At this point, our production and order fulfillment capability have been put on hold, as we had to evacuate the complex due to structural concerns.
