I got to see Ari perform with @destrophyofficial back in 2012 and the energy and talent he brings with him is massive! Balancing out both heavy vocals with stacks of amazing harmonies, he brought such a great range to this project.

So I did a thing! I competed in the Chris Cormier Classic Bodybuilding show in Wisconsin last month and got 3rd and 4th in Masters Classic Physique and Classic Physique B Class. Most proud of my conditioning and bringing up some weak body parts from my first show in 2016 to be my better parts now. HUGE thanks to my pals who tolerated all my constant update pics- preparing for a contest is a very isolating endeavor and prepping during a pandemic is that plus a whole lot❤️ Hopefully this inspires some people as I have been inspired by so many others: 44 and still improving! I trained shoulders a couple weeks ago with my pal Kevin Flack @downrangesupps and finished the session with some bodybuilding posing practice as we are both eyeing shows in the near future. #10yearchallenge had to happen for me. The 33 year old up top was eating 800 weird calories a day, doing bench squat and curls and patterned himself after his hero @sylvesterstalloneofflcial while the 43 year old on bottom is eating 2800 healthy calories and doing all the auxiliary exercises like his hero @gregdoucetteifbbpro
