We are beyond excited for our alumna Andrea Bickford, who’s heading to Italy in just a few days to sing as an emerging artist with the Mascagni Academy!
Earlier this season she made her role debut as Nedda in Pagliacci with @buffalooperaunlimited , and appeared as a featured soprano soloist with @buffalophilharmonicorchestra , performing songs by Alma Mahler ❤️🔥

Another year with Anthony Manoli, and we truly can’t wait. He’s a real gem in the opera world, and every time he joins us at Aria Bootcamp, singers leave with invaluable insight, fresh perspective, and a new level of musical confidence.
Most recently, he performed in Barcelona at the Palau de la Música alongside Sondra Radvanovsky, with the two set to return to the Gran Teatre del Liceu for another recital this season. Their program featured works by Puccini, Verdi, Bellini, Tchaikovsky, and more!! Truly an iconic duo in every way! ❤️🔥
We feel incredibly lucky to have him and are counting down the days until summer, when we get to work!!

New faculty alert 🚨 we are so excited to have José Meléndez with us this season!
He is currently the assistant music director and vocal coach at The Academy of Vocal Arts, and throughout his prolific career, he has held professional positions with Glimmerglass Opera (Principal Coach), Opera Company of Philadelphia, Hawaii Opera Theatre (Chorus Master, Repetiteur, Studio Artist Coach), Ocean City (NJ) Pops Orchestra (Conductor), Connecticut Grand Opera, and SO many others.
Needless to say, we are VERY happy to be added to list of people who get to benefit from his musical insights. ❤️🔥
