We had the pleasure of welcoming Cable 14 to visit 2347 Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders RCACC to learn more about what our cadet program is all about.
From leadership and citizenship to teamwork, confidence, and community involvement, our cadets continue to demonstrate the incredible impact this program has on youth development.

A proud and meaningful milestone 👏
We are pleased to recognize 2Lt Burley on receiving her Commissioning Script which is a significant moment in her leadership journey.

As you receive your badges and qualification, please use the reference guide attached to ensure they are placed correctly on your uniform.
A quick reminder:
• Badges are worn on your dress uniform
• Do not glue badges—these must be properly sewn on
• Left and right sides are determined by you wearing the tunic
• If you’re unsure or need help, please connect with your senior cadets for support

What an incredible day at the Cadet Tattoo!
Our cadets truly rose to the occasion, performing with confidence, pride, and professionalism. They played exceptionally well, but even more importantly, they demonstrated perseverance, teamwork, and the results of their hard work over the training year. Every practice, every challenge, and every moment of growth led to this, and it showed.
We are so proud of how they carried themselves and represented our corps. Their dedication continues to impress and inspire.
A heartfelt thank you to our instructors who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare and support our cadets every step of the way. Your commitment does not go unnoticed. Thank you as well to those who came out and stayed throughout the day to cheer them on. Your support means everything.
And of course, thank you to the event organizers for putting together such a well run and memorable experience.
We are already looking forward to attending again!

Quelle journée incroyable au Tattoo des cadets !
Nos cadets se sont vraiment dépassés, faisant preuve de confiance, de fierté et de professionnalisme. Ils ont joué de façon exceptionnelle, mais surtout, ils ont démontré de la persévérance, un esprit d’équipe remarquable et les résultats concrets de leur travail tout au long de l’année d’instruction. Chaque pratique, chaque défi et chaque moment de progression ont mené à cela, et ça s’est vu.
Nous sommes extrêmement fiers de la façon dont ils se sont comportés et ont représenté notre corps. Leur engagement continue d’impressionner et d’inspirer.
Un merci sincère à nos instructeurs qui ont travaillé sans relâche en coulisses pour préparer et soutenir nos cadets à chaque étape. Votre dévouement ne passe pas inaperçu. Merci également à tous ceux qui se sont déplacés et sont restés toute la journée pour les encourager. Votre appui signifie énormément.
Et bien sûr, merci aux organisateurs de l’événement pour avoir offert une expérience si bien orchestrée et mémorable.

What an incredible day for our cadets! Our Pipes and Drums band took part in Molly Gabrian's fantastic workshop in February called "Learn Faster, Play Better", and it wouldn’t have been possible without some amazing community partners.
Huge thank‑you to Main Stage Rehearsal Studios for welcoming us into their clean, safe, fully equipped space. Kelly, Justin, and Brett went above and beyond to support our youth musicians.
We’re also grateful to the Rotary Club of Waterdown for their continued commitment to empowering young people in our community.
And a special shoutout to the PPBSO Niagara–Hamilton Branch for championing piping and drumming across our region and supporting the next generation of players.
When community partners come together, incredible things happen for our cadets. We can’t wait to do it again!
