Captain’s Log, stardate 3720.1.
I’ve set the ship’s coordinates for the Twin Star Systems of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
My mission? To investigate signs of life on the elusive Planet of Man. This is an effort to reunite with my long-lost colorful crewmates, who have been presumed missing for decades.
In the meantime, all are encouraged to attempt contact with Blue #4, and to stand by for further transmissions as warranted…
YES! A momentous occasion...
We're putting on a kid-friendly, truncated version of the Grateful Dead's legendary 12/31/78 concert—known to the world as "The Closing of Winterland"—at Turner Hall on Noon Years Eve. There'll be a balloon drop, a mini-Shakedown Street (with body art, crafts, and other fun stuff), and most importantly, chaos.
I've been wanting to play a proper Grateful Dead-type show more than anything else since I first got on the bus in June 2018. And I've been dying to play a Rock and Roll Playhouse Grateful Dead for Kids show since I saw one in LA a year later.
So if you've been meaning to take your budding child
to their first Grateful Dead concert, only to be thwarted by the restrictions of space and time—and you're hoping for an easy night for the babysitter—this one's for you.
This show is years in the making and I hope you all come with your little ones so we can blow them away (and teach them the finer points of going to a concert).
Family fun 4-packs are $60 and going fast.
If money is tight at the moment, send me a DM for free tickets, no questions asked.
Seriously!

Love you all and see you soon!
