So made this cake for my MIL’s 81st birthday! The chocolate topper was very inspired by @vic_wright_studio amazing sculptures. I have been wanting to try something like this in chocolate form for a while and I love it, so hopefully more like this to come!! Also tried a version with flowers (swipe ➡️ to see), not quite the right colours but just what I had growing in my garden.

It’s was a dream to design this cake for Emilia and Stefan, whose inspiration board was filled with incredible tiles, patterns and colours, and had a really clear vision that translated so well into this cake design. It also fit perfectly into its surroundings at @theexchangeglasgow
