ARCO National Construction’s Omaha division was proud to sponsor and participate in a Grow Sarpy initiative supporting local high school students exploring careers in construction. Since 2021, Grow Sarpy has provided toolkits to schools across the Greater Omaha area, helping students gain hands-on experience while learning about opportunities in skilled trades. This year, 1,470 Construction Kits are being distributed to students enrolled in technical sciences, construction, and industrial arts programs. ARCO Omaha’s Scott Brown and Carson Biehler joined the effort by dropping off kits at Bellevue West High School and sharing insights about ARCO, career pathways in construction, and the education needed to get started. We’re proud to support the next generation of builders and help connect students with rewarding opportunities in our industry.

ARCO National Construction’s New England Division is proud to have sponsored and participated in the 3rd Annual SIOR Cup at Warrior Ice Arena! The 3x3 hockey tournament was a great time for a great cause, with 18 teams hitting the ice in support of the Boston Bruins Charitable Foundation. Spanning 52,253 square feet, the office and warehouse developed in partnership with BlueScope Properties Group, features 51 private offices, a 2,000-square-foot training room with stadium seating, and four conference rooms. The space also includes impressive amenities, such as a gym, a break room with a kitchen and game room, and even a basketball court, making it a true reflection of ARCO's "work hard, play hard" culture. ARCO National Construction recently completed the restoration of The Breakers Hotel, a 14-story turn-of-the-century boutique hotel in downtown Long Beach, California. Originally designed by Walken and Eisen, the building opened in 1926 as a luxury oceanfront resort and most recently functioned as a 233-unit congregate care facility. ARCO partnered with Long Beach-based investment firm Pacific 6 to restore the historic landmark to a AAA, four-diamond boutique hotel. The project involved restoring key architectural elements such as the historic exterior façade, the ornate lobby ceiling, a World War II-era cupola-mounted pillbox, the arcade hallway, and more. The revitalized property now features 185 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a 4,000-square-foot pool deck, multiple dining venues—including a 4,000-square-foot historic sky room bar and restaurant—and over 9,000 square feet of retail space. Situated at 210 E. Ocean Boulevard, The Breakers is among the oldest and most iconic buildings in Long Beach.
