S!NN Campus, Berlin 🇩🇪
Designed by @franzundsue × @schenkersalviweber
.
A major new mixed-use development is rising at Berlin Südkreuz, one of the city’s most important transportation hubs. Scheduled for completion by 2029, the S!NN Campus will bring together the new headquarters of BSR (Berlin’s public waste management authority) alongside a 17-storey office tower, creating a new urban destination for work, innovation, and public life.
The 7-storey administrative building will accommodate over 1,000 employees, including a public townhall designed as a space for exchange, innovation, and collaboration. The adjacent office tower introduces additional workplace environments, retail, and gastronomy at ground level, activating the streetscape and connecting seamlessly to the public realm.
At the heart of the project lies a green campus courtyard, designed as a shared civic space—while the entire development is conceived in a resource-efficient timber hybrid construction system, supported by a sustainable energy concept.

The Arch Atelier – AI-Assisted Mixed-Use Design ✨
by @archzigstudio
A speculative mixed-use tower exploring how environmental intelligence, structural clarity, and architectural storytelling can come together within a single design workflow.
The project integrates:
• Climate-responsive massing guided by solar orientation and prevailing wind patterns
• Passive cooling strategies through natural ventilation, shading, and thermal mass
• Water-sensitive design with rainwater harvesting and landscape integration
• Reinforced concrete structural systems with long-span podium spaces and modular façade components
• A contemporary architectural language that balances tectonic expression with urban functionality
At Archzig, we’re building workflows to help architects move from idea → diagram → visualization → presentation faster.

Sandstone Cluster Campus
Five buildings. One shared language. Zero monotony.
A campus of interconnected sandstone volumes — tower, pyramid, curve, cube, and L — linked by sky bridges and unified by deep-set slot windows and expressed concrete floor bands, all gathered around a courtyard alive with students and shade trees.
Archzig AI Studio explores the frontier of AI-driven architectural design — generating photorealistic visualisations, competition-board diagrams, and full concept decks from a single idea using cutting-edge generative AI.

Dunbar Maritime Culture House is conceived as a contemporary civic landmark embedded within the working harbor of Dunbar—where maritime heritage, craft, education, and public life come together in one protected waterfront setting.

The project explores how architecture can strengthen the relationship between community and coastline through:
• Spaces for maritime craft, learning, and cultural interpretation
• Public gathering areas connected directly to the harbor edge
• A tectonic approach that expresses structure, material, and making
• Carefully framed views toward the sea, boats, and working dock
• A civic presence rooted in Dunbar’s industrial and cultural identity
Rather than separating heritage from everyday life, the project creates a framework where tradition, making, and public engagement continue to evolve together.

Branches by the Brook explores a quiet dialogue between built form and nature—where structure branches outward like a tree, framing views, light, and movement. The design breaks away from rigid geometry, creating layered spaces that feel organic, adaptive, and deeply connected to the site.
• Branching massing inspired by natural growth patterns
• Seamless integration with water edges and surrounding greens
• Fluid circulation that mimics movement through a landscape
• Framed views that constantly shift with position and time
• A calm, immersive spatial experience rooted in nature
A project that rethinks how architecture can belong—rather than dominate.

Brick Veil Cultural Center
Not every façade is about aesthetics—some are about depth, rhythm, and control.
This project transforms a simple mass into a layered architectural experience through vertical brick fins and a sculpted entrance threshold. The façade works as both a climate mediator and a spatial filter, creating a dynamic play of light, shadow, and transparency.
• Base mass carved to introduce light courts and entry focus
• Repetitive brick fins creating depth, shading, and identity
• Sculptural canopy defining a strong, inviting entrance
• Material honesty with brick + metal blending tradition and precision
• Interior-exterior transition designed as a spatial sequence, not a door

This cultural center for Egyptian crafts repositions heritage as an active system of learning, production, and exchange rather than a static display.
• Training spaces designed to pass down traditional techniques to new generations
• Workshops and studios supporting active craftsmanship and skill development
• Exhibition and marketplace areas connecting artisans directly with audiences
• Collaborative zones for researchers, designers, and makers to innovate together
• Public interfaces that bring craft into everyday urban experience
The project builds a framework where education, investment, and experimentation operate together — allowing Egyptian craft to grow, adapt, and stay economically viable.
Instead of isolating tradition, it integrates it into a forward-looking ecosystem.

Corten Courtyard Office Building was developed using Archzig’s AI Studio workflow, where one strong idea is expanded into a complete architectural narrative — including multiple views, diagrams, and system-level explorations.
Comment “Corten Courtyard” to get the full prompts + workflow.
Instead of traditional linear processes, the project moves through:
• Rapid generation of consistent multi-view outputs
• Instant transitions from concept → diagrams → visualizations
• Exploration of spatial systems, circulation, and massing in parallel
• Controlled prompting to maintain design intent across iterations
What usually takes days of modeling and rendering is compressed into a fluid, iterative workflow — without losing architectural clarity.
This is exactly what we’re building at Archzig AI Studio:
a system where architects spend less time producing and more time designing.
