Our biergarten seasonal opening was just under a month ago, and we can't thank everyone enough who came out to celebrate!
It was a record day for us. And we haven't slowed down since! Special shoutout to Frank & The Danglers for putting on a helluva show that night!
The biergarten is officially open & peak paito season is in full swing. Head out on Thursdays & Fridays for live music from 6-9pm. We have scratch made food alongside craft beer, mead, cider, cocktails, wine, & NA bevs every day. Plus we're always dog & family friendly! 🐾

Tripppel - Foeder Belgian Triticale Tripel
9% ABV
First brewed in 1932 by Hendrik Verlinden who was a consultant for the Westmalle Abbey monks, the tripel (trip•ell) style as we know it today was tweaked in 1954 by Brother Thomas Sas, slightly increasing the hops for a more balanced profile. We followed this traditional method and aged our tripel in a foeder (food•er) for a more historic and traditional beer. It has a warming mouthfeel, slight wood character pairing with the traditional Belgian yeast esters, with a smooth finish.

🍺 Foeder (food•er) - Large oak barrel built by specialty craftsmen
🍻 Triticale (trih•tih•cul) - Hybrid of wheat and rye developed in the late 19th century
