Behind the Scenes at Archival Methods! Del is operating the CAD cutter to cut out buckram book cloth for our binder slipcases. We use this machine to cut all raw materials that aren't die cut. That means it is used to make all of our non-metal edge boxes, portfolios, and binders.

The metal edger has a large spool (that looks like a giant reel of Super-8!) on the back that feeds the edging to the front when it's being operated.
