▷ ▶︎ 〈Sweeter Than〉Kokoroko @kokorokomusic 毅然決然 《買了機票一個人去英國》 阿錡 ⎯⎯ 撰 ▷ ▶︎ 拜訪 Bristol 是我從高中開始聽 Trip-Hop的夢想，去年三月我的工作有一個空檔，毅然決然買了機票一個人去英國，一部分是圓自己的夢、一部分是體驗英國的Sound System文化。 這趟旅程先去倫敦為了看Nubya Garcia，隔幾天去Leeds和Sinai Sound System見面，接著搭火車到Bristol，在這裡待了兩周，看到好多喜歡的藝人和超強的Sound System，好滿足! Bristol的生活步調意外地緩慢和悠哉，是個藝術感很強的城市，白天出去運動會在路邊看到Banksy的畫，走在街道上都覺得像是一場夢。 Kokoroko那陣子發了EP《Get The Message》，它陪我在Bristol跑步、坐公車、逛街買菜，像是一群朋友跟我一起探索這城市。 某天下午在公園曬太陽，剛好播到〈Sweeter Than〉，這首歌給我一種親切溫暖的感覺。看著人群悠閒地在公園裡聊天、看書、遛狗，當耳裡傳來的歌詞唱著: 「Sight so sweet, sweeter than anything I‘ve ever known before.」 每一秒的感受都是那樣美好。 ▷ ▶︎ WhenTheSongPlays 一首歌一則記憶， 徵集承載你生命歷程的那首歌。 ⇢ 投稿私訊小盒子（會審稿請見諒喔） #kokoroko #sweeterthan

7 years of salary savings. Endless research. Bare event losses. And still… @formosa_sound_system stands tall. What Selecta @architsai built here in Taiwan isn’t just speakers—it’s cul’cha. Two years just to source the right drivers (imported), the right wood, amps, pre-amp—linking woodworkers, sound men, problem-solving from scratch. No blueprint. Just vision and faith. I asked Selecta ARC if it was worth it. He said: “It’s worth it. My life and my temper changed because of sound system. I love it.” That’s the magic right there. Every session, ARC and the crew haul those heavy speakers from Tainan across the island— no shortcuts, just sweat, love, and culture in motion for no algorithm music. Big up the sound people. Big up the box boys & girls. Big up anyone building something real where none existed before.
