Organized around a central courtyard and a double-height core, the design draws in natural light while maintaining privacy within a dense context. Open passages and visual connections enhance a sense of continuity across levels, making the home feel larger than its footprint. A simple palette of brick, wood, and stone reinforces its low-maintenance approach, while terraces and landscape elements extend the experience of space, air, and everyday comfort. It divides into public and private realms, joined by a light bridge that carries views and movement across a skylit pause, shaping one unified silhouette. The central “split” becomes its spine, drawing daylight inward and composing spaces through solids, voids, shadows, and depth, like a sequence of framed moments. The Last Space: Sallekhana Bhavan🛕 The structure is defined by a solid stone base and stepped concrete volumes, creating a compact architectural form with strong geometry. Openings are minimal and precise, framing entry, light and pause within this small-scale space.
