It’s so weird to say that this will be the last time I’ll be @archerfielddrift Absolutely heartbreaking to know such a grass roots place will be gone forever.. this place has such a deep meaning with myself, with all the amazing people I’ve met. The memories I have made and the joy that this place has brought me. Seeing everybody’s faces always made my day.
A story not many people know about me and this place was the day I checked out from the mental health ward. The brother @joebunch_ got me out and straight to the track to get me to go for a slide, I still remember being on the phone to the hospital whist drifting and them asking what I’m doing. For me to say “I’m actually drifting a car with my mobile stuffed in my helmet” 😂
You know it’s not often you get to go to a place with people from all walks of life to come together and drop all the bullshit that comes with life to just go and enjoy themselves.
Thank you @archerfielddrift park for all that you have brought to me and to many others. I wish the best endeavours for the future and that one day we meet again ❤️
