Thank you to everyone who joined us for Once Upon A Glow! We had a blast.
As we mentioned at the show, ADHK recently suffered a fire in the space where we store ALL of our props and costumes! While we're so glad no one was harmed, the aftermath has been enormous. We had to quickly move storage spaces, rescue what we could, and begin the painstaking process of deep cleaning, repairing, and restoring years of costumes, masks, puppets, and performance materials all while preparing to bring you Once Upon A Glow.

Meet the Performers for Once Upon A Glow!
Grayce Carson is a performer, producer, and storyteller. She is a co-founder and Executive Producer of Paper Doll Ensemble. Carson was last seen with Paper Dolls as âHeidiâ in Pinky Promise as part of the 2025 Philadelphia Fringe Festival. She has worked with Archedream for Humankind since 2017. She is an alumna of UPenn (Câ16) where she performed in the Penn Museum and Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has performed with White Box Theatre, White Pines Productions, GoPuff (commercial), and others. She is also a publicist and marketing professional for arts and culture organizations including Theatre Philadelphia, InterAct Theatre Co., Curio Theatre Co., Applied Mechanics, Philadelphia Artistsâ Collective, Christ Church, and others.

Kate Brighter is a Philadelphia-based actor, dancer, and choreographer. She is a graduate of Temple Universityâs Theater Program. She is also the Co-Founder, Director of Education, and Board Member of Pier Players Theatre Company. Select credits include: Etiquette, The Cafe Mocha Murders; Mars Doesnât Want Us, and Larryâs Late Show Murder Mystery (all Pier Players); An Unfinished Herstory (Nee Danse Theatre), O Brother Where Art Thou (Sexton SideShow); Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire; Almost, Maine; All This Intimacy; and Bistro Romano Murder Mystery.
